Bet365 App 📱

Bet365 App

Bet365 Mobile App

Bet365 currently have three separate apps available on both iOS and Android to cover the three distinct parts of their product offering: Sports betting, Games, and Live Casino. Our experience was mostly with the Bet365 Sports app which is basically a streamlined version of the Bet365 website designed to work better on mobile devices. It’s well designed and has everything laid out in a format that makes it easy to quickly place new bets, view your existing bets, manage your Bet365 betting account, and get key information about the events you’re placing bets on.

Where the Bet365 Sports app really stands out is for In-Play sports betting thanks to the suite of live info customers get directly in the app as games are in progress. Customers can see a live, birds-eye field analysis of matches and key game metrics whilst placing and monitoring their bets. They are also able to watch live footage of most major sports directly from the app.

Users can also play Live Casino games like Roulette and Blackjack directly from the Sports Betting app or engage in some of Bet365s Casino games. However, the app is definitely more catered to sports betting than anything else, so it’s probably worth downloading the dedicated Games or Live Casino apps if that’s what you’re after.

We didn’t notice any bugs or usability issues with the Bet365 mobile app in our testing on iOS, though there are reports from other customers that there are occasional issues with the app freezing as well as some other small bugs. The app and website both appear to suffer more downtime than other competitors we looked at.

Customer Support – How to Contact Bet365?

If you’re looking for Bet365 help. They currently offer support via email and live chat. Though we could find a contact number for Bet365, at present it directs to an automated message that says they are not currently able to offer support via phone.

Bet365 Live Chat

Bet365 has live chat support available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week on their website which is better support than many of their competitors offer. You can also contact the bookmaker via email by visiting their contact page and clicking the link that says ‘Send Email’. You can also use either of these contact methods to register any Bet365 complaints.

Deposits and Withdrawals 💳

How long it takes to withdraw your winnings depends on the payment method used.

If you opt for bank transfer, debit, or credit card, you’ll have to wait the standard 1-5 business days as is typical of most online betting sites.

However, if you use the bet365 Visa debit card, you can enjoy instant withdrawals up to a maximum of $5,000.

PayPal and Skrill withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.

You can also opt to withdraw your winnings as cash by visiting the cashier page on the Bet365 website.

FAQs

Withdrawing from Bet365 is fairly straightforward. Simply log into your Bet365 account on desktop, click the profile icon in the top right corner and click the ‘Bank’ option under ‘My Account’. From here, you can choose to withdraw your available funds to any of the available withdrawal methods set up on your account (see above). Withdrawals can take anywhere from an hour to 5 business days depending on the withdrawal method used. However, the official Visa Bet365 debit card can be used to make instant withdrawals from Bet365.

Bet365 has an option to close your account if you wish to remove yourself from the platform or no longer need their services. However, it’s not the easiest setting to find and can’t be found directly inside the account settings of Bet365.

To close your Bet365 account, log into Bet365 on desktop and click on the ‘Safe Gambling’ link on the right-hand side of the top navigation bar. From here, you can scroll down and click the ‘Self-Exclusion’ tile. In the top paragraph of the resulting page, you’ll see a link for ‘Account Closure’ where you can choose to close your account for a total amount of time or ‘indefinitely’ if you want to delete your account altogether.

If you want to delete your account with Bet365 because you think your gambling is getting out of control, you can also use their time-out feature to exclude yourself from their services for any specified amount of time. You can also register with GAMSTOP to exclude yourself from participating in UK-licensed gambling companies altogether.

Accumulator bets on Bet365 are far easier than some of the other competing platforms as they can be added directly from the standard bet slip before you place your bet.

To place an accumulator bet on Bet365, log into your Bet365 account and pick the sport and market you’d like to bet your accumulator on.
Once you have the odds table in front of you, click the odds you want to bet on to add them to your bet slip. To create an accumulator, we want to select at least two different bets that don’t compete with one another.

Once you’ve selected all the bets you want to add to your accumulator, open your bet slip by clicking the small popup window at the bottom of the page. You should see options for multiples at the bottom. For example, for a three-fold bet, you’ll see an option for ‘Treble’, or ‘Double’ for a two-fold bet.
You can also choose to bet on smaller accumulators (e.g. a double on a three-way bet) by clicking the ‘Show more multiples’ dropdown at the bottom of the window.

Add your intended stake to the single, double, treble, etc. stake field for the accumulator you’d like to bet on, and it will be added to your bet slip. Pay close attention to the multipliers on the left-hand side of each stake field as this indicates how much your ‘stake’ will be multiplied by to meet the final bet amount.

Finally, click ‘Place Bet’ at the bottom of the bet slip window and pay attention to the results to see if you win. It’s as simple as that.

Final Verdict

Bet365 as a betting site has a generous product offering for potential users, with lots of in-play betting features, live streaming, and an extensive selection of sports, eSports, and virtual sports available in their sportsbook.

Further strengths we identified in our Bet365 betting site review include the easy-to-contact support team who can be reached via their 24/7 live chat feature, and that customers can also benefit from instant withdrawals if they sign up for the official Bet365 Visa Debit card (something that you won’t find on most competing betting sites).

However, Bet365 falls short in one key area, and that’s the amount of downtime it suffers from. Both from our experience reviewing the platform and based on other customers’ reviews of the iOS and Android apps (which are otherwise well-designed apps), customers are frequently left unable to place or manage their bets through the app or website even during key events.

Ultimately, if you don’t mind occasional downtime, Bet365 is an excellent betting site to place your bets on, but you might need to be prepared to miss out on the occasional bet from time to time, in which case, a backup site might be helpful to you.
